- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities towards the development of the child. For that their input is highly important in the matters of messages, notices and reports sent from the school.
- Parents are advised to meet the concerned teachers at regular intervals with the prior permission of the Principal. However, they are not allowed to visit the class rooms.
- Parents are not allowed to contact any Administrative or Teaching Staff on telephone after the school hours except in the event of absolute emergency when only the Principal can be contacted.
- The school hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Parents bringing their wards to school are requested to do so by 7:10 a.m. The school will be closed at 7:15 a.m. and the late comers will not be allowed to attend the class.
- Transportation is arranged by the school for those who wish to avail. However the school authorities are not responsible for any delay, accident or breakdown of the transport. The transport facility will be provided for the full academic year and cannot be continued in the middle of the session, unless the student leaves the school.
- Parents are welcome to give timely feedback about all the activities of the school. Suggestions can be given through the Suggestion Box kept in the school, in person or by post to the Principal.
- The children should not be sent to school if they are suffering from any infectious disease till the infection is over. At the time of rejoining after the medical leave, medical fitness certificate should be submitted.
- Appointments with the Principal / Administrator can be taken on the phone on all working days between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. only.
- Parents are advised not to send their wards with valuable ornaments.
- Criticism of a teacher in the presence of the student should be scrupulously avoided. Any legitimate complaint may also be routed to the school management through the Principal.
- Progress Report will be given to the Parent / Guardian only.
- Parents are advised to refrain from interfering in the functioning of the school.
- The interpretation of any rule in this diary as well as any amendments to it solely and entirely rests with the School Administration.
